Synopsis
In Afghanistan shielded army vehicles are tailed by clouds of dust, in Germany the apartment is being vacuumed. The everyday life of the two young doctors Laura and Sebastian who are a couple is somewhat alike and couldn’t be more different. Laura takes care of their flat and plunges herself into her assistant doctor training. Meanwhile Sebastian is based in Afghanistan where he escorts wounded soldiers. The young couple speaks every day about regular intake of meals or German mobile deals in Afghanistan. Everyday banalities help them to keep up the feeling of knowing what is happening in each other's life. Nonetheless the emotional pressure is omnipresent and even after Sebastian’s return nothing seems safe.
